*Please send us your contact info and we would be glad to help you find the right puppy for your family.

*All of our puppies come with a 1 yr health guaranteed against life threatening genetic diseases.

*We guarantee your puppy is in good general health upon delivery.

*Every puppy will come with All their up to date shots and de-wormed, also will have had a vet check.

*We require a non-refundable deposit of $300 to hold a puppy, until the puppy is 8 weeks old the full amount is due before the puppy is shipped or at time of pick up. If you wish to pick up your puppy after 8 weeks of age the full amount will still be due by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old.

*We can ship your puppy within the USA for an extra cost of $350, this cost will pay for flight ticket, crate, vet certificate. Full payment is required 1 week before delivery.

*We except PayPal, if you wish to pay by paypal you will be charged an extra 3% fee. We also take money orders, cash, no personal checks please.

*All puppies are AKC reg, If you would like Full AKC reg it will be an extra $300.

*Any other arrangement must be made at time of the sale or date of pick up.

**If at anytime you are unable to care for your English Mastiff for ANY reason, we will be happy to help you find him/her a new home. If you wish to give up your dog at anytime we will take him/her back no questions asked. We do not want to ever see are dogs in shelters or abandoned.
